Common questions.
What counts as a word? +
Every word in the model's output is counted against your monthly quota, including variants you reject. We track per-generation in the History panel so you can audit.
Do scans count against my quota? +
No. Crawling is our infrastructure and is unlimited at every tier. You're only paying for the generation tokens.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe Portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What model do you use? +
OpenAI GPT-4o for Pro and Unlimited. Free tier uses GPT-3.5-turbo. Bring-your-own-key is on the roadmap.
Do you train on my content? +
No. We send your prompts and selected source markdown to OpenAI for inference. We don't fine-tune on customer data and OpenAI's API doesn't train on it either.
