Before we walk through the platform internals, we'd like to get our standard mutual NDA signed. It's two pages, protects both directions, and the only sensitive things in it are:

• Anything either side marks "confidential" in writing (we will mark a couple of slides, not all of them) • Standard 3-year survival period after termination • Carve-outs for what's already public, what's developed independently, and what's required by law

If your legal team usually takes a week+, just let me know — I can either: (a) Use your NDA instead, or (b) Strike out anything you don't like and re-sign
